Luton Airport

Luton Airport: origin and history
This airport was inaugurated in 1938 and was used during the Second World War as an air base for the RAF (Royal Air Force), the air force of the British Armed Forces.
Once the war ended, the airport was reused with its usual activity and became the most profitable in the country until its fall in 1974 due to the bankruptcy of Clarksons.
Subsequently, its activity was maintained and finally it became the airport used by a large number of low cost flight companies that arrive there every day.
